Some tributes are extra special because of the life and story behind them.

A lifelong farmer, the owner and operator of Extru-Tech in Sabetha, and a man who took great pride in his land and the community he called home. He was a hardworking man with a generous heart who cared deeply for his family, his faith, and the people around him. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Netawaka and always found ways to support the local organizations and causes that meant so much to him.

He enjoyed the simple things in life, from collecting agate rocks and fishing to spending time with his animals. His love for the land ran deep, and farming was more than just what he did; it was a part of who he was.

For his casket peace, we included a hay bale, a loader, and a cross, each representing a part of the life he lived and the things that meant so much to him. It was our way of honoring his hard work, his love for the land, and his faith.

It was a true honor to create something so personal for a man who meant so much to his family and community. May this piece serve as a small reminder of a life well lived and a legacy that will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

With all of our love, you will be deeply missed by all Ernie❤️

We’ll be the first to admit we’ve been slacking a little on taking pictures and showing off all these beautiful arrangements! 😂 So here are a few that we’ve remembered to snap photos of!

Thanks to all of you, we’ve had a hard time keeping our cooler full lately! And those pumpkins? They’re always some of the first to find their new homes!

Fall is one of our absolute FAVORITE times of the year, and we love getting to create all these beautiful fall arrangements!

We promise to do better about sharing all these beauties with you, so keep an eye on our page!

Guess who has returned to the shop! Hes been busy babysitting little miss this morning and scoping out what's new in the shop since hes been on leave😂

Last week was Homecoming, and boy did we have some fun! 🎉💐

Holton’s theme was the ’80s! So, for everyone who guessed Holton from our little sneak peek showing off some of the ribbon—you were right! 😉 Holton wanted sunflowers, and we had to get creative to give them that perfect ’80s vibe. Neon ribbon, cassette tapes, holographic year details, AND we even added scrunchies because you can’t have an ’80s theme without them! 😂📼💿

Jackson Heights’ theme was Spider-Man! 🕷️🕸️❤️💙 For the past few years, they’ve loved the mixed arrangements we create for their candidates, so this theme definitely threw us for a loop at first! 😂 But once we figured out our plan, these bouquets came together perfectly. And it just happened that we had some extra blue roses from a wedding, so we were able to incorporate those too! Each bouquet even got its own little spider web.

I definitely wish I had taken more photos of the Jackson Heights flowers, but trust me—they looked AMAZING!

We also got to make lots of bouquets for students who wanted to do a little Homecoming proposal of their own!

And as for the wedding flowers from last week… those will be coming in a future post, but just know they turned out beautiful! ✨

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your Homecoming flowers this year! We had so much fun bringing all of your ideas to life!
