While we service the event on the patio this evening, Bailando por Colombia, our Happy Hour All Night offerings will be exclusively offered indoors. Due to strategic use of man (and woman) power, dollar oysters won’t be available this evening.

We will have food and drink specials on the patio for Bailando Colombia! 1$ from each of these dishes will be donated to Cruz Roja Colombiana and World Central Kitchen 🇨🇴💃🏻💛

One of my absolute favorite parts of hospitality (by a landslide) is regulars. The people who are gracious enough with their time and energy to make us a part of their routine. Who pour into us with just as much care as we do them and their cups.

It’s a tall, inspiring order to be able to participate in life events that run the gamut — from age-related celebrations to the epic blow of mourned loss. From leveling up in the workplace to adding family members. Graduations and goings away.

But the reason for the palpable potency in those moments is the humdrum every day. The beautifully unremarkable. The consistent connection. The regularity of it all. The indubitably normal flow of the day. It’s a level of mutual trust and care that warms this steady Ta**us heart of mine.

Bar regulars, counter regulars, dining room regulars. Y’all are the lifeblood, don’t ever forget it or think we don’t appreciate and notice ya ♥️
