First Class Productions Studio We have an event space for small functions up to 50ppl studio space is 24x10 wooden floors mirrored walls 2 6ft and 4ft tables 25 chairs front lobby etc

The Hours above are designated hours for bookings. The building is 830sqft and the studio space is 23 x 10 and is available for fitness, dance, small events up to 50 people, photo shoots, pop up shops, meetings, workshops, art exhibits, after school activities and more. It comes with wooden floors, mirrored walls, private bathroom, equipment that has ipod, iphone, flash drive connection and a cd p

layer is available for use, two 6ft tables, 20 folding chairs, wi-fi, and three hours of free city parking 8am-8pm and after
8pm parking is unlimited. Hours and Rates - Booking rates are 2hour minimum or double the rate for 1hour

Mon-Thurs 9am-5p $30hr - 5p-9p $35hr
Extended hours 9p-11p $45

Fri 9a-5p $35hr - 5p-10p $40hr
Extended hours 10p-12a $50hr

Sat 9a-5p $40 - 5p-11p $45hr
Extended hours 11p-1a $60hrs

Sun 9am-7p $30hr
No extended hours on Sundays


We have a loyalty program to earn 10hours of studio time for every client you refer that books the studio you will earn 2hours of studio booking. Make our Space your Space!

■$120 12hours monthly studio rental - includes all the above - 3 slots available

■$240 24hours monthly studio rental - includes all the above, social media marketing - 2 slots available

■$360 36hours monthly studio rental - includes all the above, social media marketing, legal business name on directory inside studio - 2 slots available

■$480 48hours studio rental - includes all the above, social media marketing, legal business name on directory inside studio, private parking and key to studio which will require a $50 key duplication and a $50key deposit. $50 in company check will be reimbursed when keys are returned. 2 slots available
