Carolina Crust - Our Story

We are mobile caterers in Raleigh-Durham, NC that brings the fun to you or your office. We offer wood-fired pizza cooked on our Mugnani Valoriani oven, fresh salads, seasonal appetizers and a variety of other top-notch entrees out of our custom International Harvester truck.

To top it off, we have 4 beer taps on the truck!

Carolina Crust was founded by father and son, John and Mike Cline.

We wanted to build a mobile pizzeria in Raleigh-Durham together that lives at the intersection of fun and work that they could do together and be surrounded by happy people. After many days of deliberation (and beers)……..
