Happy New Year! 🎉 Although we are happy to put 2020 behind us, it gives us joy to remember our top nine posts of the year. Cheers to 2021! 🥂

As 2020 comes to a close and we say goodbye to the craziest year ever, we can't help but also count our blessings. Yes it was unreal! Yes it was crazy! Yes it was full of disappointment and worry and sadness! But as we look back, we find so much to be grateful for. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are grateful for the amazing clients we work with all year. (You know who you are!😘) It is our passion and joy to help them plan their best day ever and they motivate and inspire us every day. This year, however, we had so many hard conversations about changing plans, unrealized dreams, and disappointments. In the midst of it, it was hard and it hurt but we were so glad to be the one who could sit with each bride/couple - to listen to their frustrations over the things that were out of our control, to help them navigate the ever changing plans, and to shed tears with them over their heartbreak. THIS is why we do what we to ... to support, guide, and listen. Never did we expect it to be over and over again but we were glad to do it!

We are grateful to be a part of this amazing industry! We were truly humbled to have vendor friends check in on us and so happy to support them right back. We had many chats about cancellations policies, how to keep our businesses going, how to best serve our very sad clients, and just how sad this made all of us. We would not have made it through without sticking together and supporting one another. I am SO proud we did just that! 🙌🏻⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So as we get ready to step into 2021, we look forward to what we hope is a better year full of happy days finally realized, businesses recovering, and gatherings happening once again. BUT if these things can't happen, we know we will be ok because we have been made stronger by the love we received and the love we gave in 2020! 💗
