For several years now, we have had the pleasure of serving a fundraising event for Reach the Forgotten Jail Ministry. Last night, we plated and served over 200 guests that gathered to support this important ministry!

Pot Roast, Tuscan chicken, beans, carrots, and of course our famous garlic redskin potatoes were on the menu. The guests topped their dinner off with delicious cheesecake from Leesa's Cupcake Bakery.

We were able to serve with Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, Sisters, and Friends last night. We had many laughs and easy conversation, but got down to business when it was time to work. We sure do love our crew!!

It was a fun change of pace to set up donuts from Autumn Farm Co., bagels, muffins, yogurt parfait & fruit to serve your always gracious employees.

Another gorgeous night and fun event at Autumn Farm Co., where we had the priviledge to serve the women of the Holland Home Builders Association!

Chicken skewers, tri-color carrots, roasted potatoes and a fall salad were on the menu tonight.

After dinner, the ladies enjoyed picking a bouquet, a hayride, petting the animals at the farm and a delicious donut sundae!

If you're in the area, be sure to stop by when they're making donuts. We promise you won't be disappointed!

Tonight, we had the privilege of serving many of Ottawa County’s fire chiefs, legislative representatives, and their guests. 🚒

We are honored to serve our local first responders and incredibly grateful for the men and women who serve and protect our communities.

Tonight’s menu included:
🥗 Fall salad
🫛 Green beans
🥔 Our famous garlic redskin mashed potatoes
🍗 Tuscan chicken
🥩 Roast beef

Thank you, Ottawa County Fire Squads, for all you do to serve our communities! We are grateful for you and the work you do every single day.🧯👨‍🚒

Three events kept us busy last week! A corporate lunch at GNS Holland where we served pot roast, chicken alfredo, mashed potatoes and green beans. A wedding rehearsal dinner at a personal residence, and a fundraising event at Michigan Farmstead - Critter Barn!

Huge thanks to each of these event planners for trusting us with your catering needs. We love events where we see familiar faces!

Good Saturday morning! We haven't been very vocal on this site for awhile. Some of you have asked if we retired ... no, no we haven't!! We've been very busy the past few weeks and haven't had time to make posts. Last week was extra special as we got to cater our granddaughter's wedding. Congratulations, Kyle and Faith Nieuwenhuis!! More posts about our 3 caters this week will be coming soon ... I hope.

We got to spend some time with our friends tonight, at Autumn Farm Co. in Zeeland! They hosted a Cowgirl Dinner, complete with tacos and homemade donut sundaes.

We are so thankful for all our corporate Holiday party buffets lately!

We did quite a variety of setups in the last week or so… from just appetizers in a quaint vintage bowling alley in Grand Rapids, to a double location setup in a remarkable new building in Holland, a breakfast celebrating women working together in Zeeland, and a 20 ft Taco bar at a warehouse in Coopersville!

If you have an event to plan for the holidays, keep us in mind! We would love to create a spread for your company too!
