Today I catered the NWAGA Tournament at the Holdrege Country Club. Yesterday I did sandwiches and such for lunch. Today for the real meal deal I made grilled pork tenderloin with a white wine reduction, pasta salad, broccoli salad, and loaded mashed potatoes. Wonderful time! Wonderful people.

Keys for kids event. I was in Omaha at my granddaughter‘s first birthday party, but I did get the food made before I left and my girls helped serve it for me!

I’m going to be cooking eye of round again tomorrow. I will slice it up and have it ready to go Friday afternoon. I only bought two cases which seems like a lot, but it just goes quick.
