Join Mental Health and other surrounding programs/organizations as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a community walk! Here’s what you can expect:
- Over 15 programs in attendance to share resources and activities to help you live a better life
- Different topics to be addressed at each table; including traditional healing, mindfulness, etc.
- Freebies from programs
- Music, Log Pounding Demonstrations, and more!
- An honoring of Dr. Peter Ladd - a counselor, teacher, and author who had great commitment in serving the North Country and Indigenous communities
- Door prizes to be raffled off

The Mental Health Program is seeking 3-6 food vendors for our upcoming Mental Health Awareness Walk. This event will take place May 28th from 4-6 PM at Generations Park. Vendors will be secured on a first-come basis, so please reach out ASAP to secure your spot! The trail is absolutely beautiful. Its a perfect setting for a Valentines Day date. We'll provide the snowshoes and charcuterie for two 🩷🩷.
