Catering menu (serves 20)
All meals are served with a full tray of our classic salad.
Classic Salad- Romaine lettuce, spring mix, tomatoes, red onions and cucumbers. Your choice of light balsamic vinaigrette or ranch dressing.
Choose your appetizer-
Spinach Dip- served with Hawaiian bread.
Vegetable tray*
Choose 1 of the following items-
Thin sliced beef brisket (5lbs.) – served with (20) 3” in. French baguettes.
20 mini beef wellingtons- filet mignon, gorgonzola cheese, topped with a mushroom, shallot and garlic butter sauce, wrapped in a light and fluffy pastry puff. (pepper jack cheese can be used in place of gorgonzola upon request.)
Jerk Chicken* - all white meat served over dirty brown rice made with ground turkey.
Choose 1 of the following items-
40 Chicken tenders- lightly seasoned and coated in unbleached flour. Fried in olive oil.
20 mini turkey burgers* - topped with low fat pepper jack cheese, sliced red onion, tomato, avocado and served on wheat kaiser rolls.
Choose your side-
Rigatoni D- chicken breast and button mushrooms in a wine crème sauce. Served with a French baguette.
White Cheddar macaroni ‘n cheese- a spin on classic mac ‘n cheese, made with Vermont white cheddar cheese.
Whole grain pasta with turkey meatballs or ground turkey sauce* served with a whole grain baguette.
