This double birthday party from last weekend was SO adorable! 🥹🎈 We loved seeing El Shopo all decked out for their special day!

✨ AND — I just had a Saturday in October open up! Saturdays are hard to come by, so if you’ve been needing a date, this might be your chance! 👀

I’ve been getting LOTS of texts and calls asking when our next Sourdough Class will be… so here’s the scoop! 🍞🤎

Our next class is officially scheduled for Sunday, October 4th!

We’re so excited to do this again after such a great turnout for our first class! I’m not taking sign-ups just yet — registration will open about 1–2 weeks before the class.

I’ll post here as soon as sign-ups open, so keep an eye on the El Shopo page! 👀

Thank you SO much to everyone who came out yesterday to learn how to make sourdough with us at El Shopo! 🥖🤍

I completely forgot to take pictures of our morning class 🤦‍♀️😂 but thankfully I managed to grab some from the evening class!

A HUGE thank you to Betty Homan for sharing her sourdough knowledge with everyone and making our very first class such a fun experience. 🤍

And a big thank you to our drink vendors, Sugar & Roast Co. and Sunrise Sips Cafe! ☕🥤 Thank you both for coming out, setting up, and keeping everyone caffeinated and refreshed throughout the day. We loved having you there and appreciate you being a part of our first class!

This was our first time hosting something like this at El Shopo, and we absolutely loved seeing everyone come together, learn something new, and have a good time.

I think it’s safe to say… we need to do MORE classes! 👀🙌

We are SO excited! Everything is ready for a fun night of learning, baking, sipping & spending time together at El Shopo! 🥖✨

And we have TWO local vendors joining us to make the night even better! 🙌

☕ Sunrise Sips Café will be serving Iced Coffee & Dirty Dr Peppers — with cold foam options too!

We need to get our final headcount so we can make sure we have all the supplies and goodies ready for everyone attending. ❤️
