XTO Main Office definitely has my heart! ❤️

They have been one of my longest recurring customers, and I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for them. They’ve watched me grow through SO many trials and errors and have continued to give me opportunities to get better and better throughout the years.

They challenged me with punctuality, presentation, consistency, weekly menu planning… shoot, I even learned how to make a REAL invoice because of them! 😂 I didn’t know what I was doing I just knew how to COOK and I was determined to figure the rest out! 🙌🏼

Looking back, I can truly see how much this account helped shape me into the businesswoman I am today. Every challenge made me better, every correction helped me grow, and every opportunity taught me something.

Introducing a very special new dessert to my menu. 🍫🍒

This one comes with a love story. ❤️

My Aunt Belinda was an amazing mother to four beautiful children, and every year for their birthdays, she would make them the same homemade Chocolate Cherry Cake. I had never seen or tasted a cake like it until one year I finally got to try it and I understood why it was such a staple in their home. It was simple. It was delicious. But more than anything, it was made with love. ❤️

Aunt Belinda passed away from cancer, but the love she poured into her children didn’t leave with her. It lives on in them, in their memories, in their traditions…and even in a chocolate cherry birthday cake.

So today, I’m honored to add Aunt Belinda’s Chocolate Cherry Cake to my menu in loving memory of a woman who left behind such a beautiful legacy of motherhood and love. I dedicate this to her children. May they always remember and carry her unconditional love for them.
I aspire to be half the mother she was. 🤍
