MEET WYATT: CHEF BY TRADE. COWBOY BY… RECENT DEVELOPMENTS. 🤠

Meet Wyatt, Cleo’s 1885 Chef de Cuisine.

When he’s in the kitchen, he means business. Wyatt is helping bring Cleo’s menu to life and will be a big part of what happens behind those kitchen doors.

But apparently cooking wasn’t enough excitement for him.
Somewhere along the way, Wyatt decided he was a cowboy.
And then he took it one step further and climbed on a steer.

Because why the hell not? 😂

From running a kitchen to hanging on for dear life in the arena, we’d say he’s settling into the Cleo’s way of doing things just fine.

Well look who made it all the way to Red River. 🤠

Cleo’s may be getting ready to open her doors in downtown Hobbs, but apparently she’s already out seeing the world.

Heather Bean & Cigi Hardin are reppin’ Cleo’s 1885 in the mountains, and we have to say… that burgundy looks pretty darn good at this elevation. 😉

From Hobbs to Red River, the word is getting around.

Old Wild West meets today.
And apparently, she travels well.

Becky told us she would bring her granddaughter to celebrate her birthday, and we couldn't think of a sweeter reason to pull up a chair at Cleo's. Happy Birthday Kamryn Manry! We can't wait to celebrate you both!

Today!

.🤠Well...We got a little ahead of ourselves.

Turns out Cleo's 1885 isn't quite ready for interviews unless y'all plan on showing up in hard hats.

Plus, our crew is also coming off one hell of a week catering at the Lea County Fair and Rodeo, so we're giving everyone a minute to dust off their boots, catch their breath and get Cleo's ready to meet her future crew.
