We try our best to provide the best service everytime to everyone, some days aren't always the best & that's ok it's part of business 😅
So we just like to be very transparent with all customers below is listed what to expect when you book with us & this will also be forwarded with every booking : 👇🏽👇🏽

Things to keep in mind when booking with us☺️

** Deposit is required to book/ hold the date for said unit requested!! ( it does go towards the balance it's just to hold that unit for that date)

**Deposit is Non-refundable!! It's simply forward to a future date in most cases mainly weather related, in some cases it's different & some deposits are simply lost!!

** When making a reservation with any Parks( Hobbs, Lovington, Eunice etc..) please be sure to let them know when you reserve that you are going to have a Dry Bounce House because in some cases electricity is sometimes turned off!! No ones available usually on the weekends 😕 and then that's a extra $100 fee for us to provide a generator for power.

** BALANCE IS DUE UPON DELIVERY IN CASH PREFERABLY BUT CASHAPP AND VENMO ARE FINE AS WELL!!!

**No Food of any sort, candy, Silly String, Waterballoons, pens, markers, Soap, shoes!!! are not allowed in units!!

** $100 extra Fee for any dry units that are used as or with Water or Soap!!

**We have the Right to refuse service to anyone!!

** We ask for a event time with every booking to try to accommodate everyone's party time, but sometimes that doesn't always work out as planned, we apologize & try our best to not let that happen. Please bear with us if that's the case when you reserve we will deliver we might just be running a bit late😊

** Rental time is typically 6 hours, so if your needing the unit by 11am then we pickup that same evening of your rental date!!!

**Anything reserved for after 12 noon is picked up the following morning!!

**We do offer 1/2 off regular price of said unit rented for an additional day if unit isn't booked for the following day elsewhere, and $100 for a 3rd day if requested☺️
