* We require a $100 cash/check deposit to hold the date and ensure clean up. This deposit is returned within 5 days after your event, if there is no damage, theft and the venue is left clean. Amenities Include: Round - Rectangle Banquet Tables & Chairs. Kitchen with cooking stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave, sink, 2 restrooms. Table cloths are available to rent; available in black or white.
