Good morning folks the Bossman is sooo excited about this weekend!!.The Olean CELTIC FEST is being held this Friday 28th and Saturday 29th and Yes! the weather is also suppose to be nice! This festival folks is going to be GREAT GREAT! Back in my hometown I would attend the Niagara County Celtic Fest me and my Wife and boy we'd both have a blast tasting Irish cuisine, many flavors of beers, shopping and admiring many unique craft vendors and the list goes on and on...I want to Thank Cheri, one of the event coordinators for inviting the Bossman to participate in this iconic event here in Olean and I can't wait for the bag pipes, the parade, the food, the beer tasting although, I assure you the Bossman will be careful drinking Irish beer because it will kick you like a mule lol...So come on out, take a stroll or drive and get you some of the Bossmans fixins at the 2026 Olean Celtic Fest Where: Gargoyle Park, Olean, NY. Good evening folks! Bossman here! This post is not bbq related but I just had to give a shout out to Grey Beards Construction on our New! FlagStone Sidewalk. Folks the Wife and I have been waddling in mud for the last 2 yrs. hoping we'd eventually put in a flagstone sidewalk. Over the last couple yrs. we kept every flat stone we could find on our property as we set our modular home. Wanting to be unique we talked about this project forever thinking one day we'd tackle it and boy it seemed like an eternity. Many times we contemplated on doing it ourselves which, we could have, but we never seemed to find the time to get the job done.. lol...We reached out to a company called GreyBeards Construction and Wow! did he do a great job! He fit our project into his busy schedule and since he did so, the Bossman as an additional token of appreciation, is gonna smoke up some Brisket, a couple Sides w/ Rolls & Bossmans Special Sauce for helping us out. That's what I do for those who have my back...Wife and I want to say a Bigggg... THANK YOU!..So, if your in need of a similar project or other projects we highly recommend you give him a call...Thank You!

Great business, Great crew, Great service all the time! Yesterday and over the years I've been lucky to have been chosen as their featured go to Caterer for their Employee and Customer Appreciation Annual BBQ!. I just want to say to Steve and the crew Thank You! for your support in trusting the Bossman to Cater this special event and I'm looking forward to next year!!...below are some some pics of items among many the guys chose for this years annual bbq. Good morning it's the Bossman! All night cook last night folks! Smokin up some Brisket and Pulled Pork for a Wedding. Congratulations to the bride and groom by the way!..I'll be dropping off their catering package in PA then heading to the Alleghany American Legion, Rt. 417 where I am serving up some of my signature Pulled Pork sandwiches(Regular, Slawich, Popper w/ Sides: Creole Cokeslaw, Boss Baked Beans, Cheesy Smoked Potatos...mmmm soo good! Also I have a Rodeo Bowl - (cheesy smoked potatos topped w/ boss baked beans tender pulled pork and drizzled w/ bossmans special sauce). Folks there's music, fun and others food vendors in the house lol...so come on down, take a stroll or drive and get you some of my bbq fixins. Starting @ 4 until 8pm..See You There!
