Exciting News!

Aloha friends and family! I'm thrilled to share a major milestone with all of you – I am now a licensed Real Estate agent!

Since earning my license in 2023, life has taken me on quite the journey. I had the incredible opportunity to head to Argentina to take care of some family business and celebrate this achievement with my loved ones. Returning just this January, I'm now back and ready to dive into the world of real estate.

For the past 24 years, my husband Jeff and I have been deeply involved in real estate, primarily focusing on our rental properties and investments. While working doing real estate photography I discovered how much I enjoyed helping others find the perfect tenants or buyers for their homes.

In my recent endeavors, I've been busy building my online presence – from creating an Instagram account to setting up my website and crafting calling cards. I even had the pleasure of finding a tenant for a client. But in the midst of all this excitement, I realized I forgot to share this significant step with my Facebook and life friends!

Now, I'm officially dedicating myself full-time to real estate, with the invaluable guidance of my husband Jeff and the mentorship of our experienced broker-in-charge, Gloria Kobayashi of Ray Kobayashi Realtor.

My mission is to not only assist but also educate those who seek to understand the ins and outs of real estate and the market dynamics. Whether it's real estate investment or buying your first property, I'm here to help you navigate the journey.

As I embark on this new chapter, I'm filled with positivity and a bit of intrigue about what lies ahead. 😄 I'll continue pursuing my passion for photography while juggling the exciting challenges of this new venture. Tess is at an age where she doesn't need my attention 24/7, allowing me the space to fully dedicate myself to this exciting endeavor.
