Taste of Pearl Pop-Up at Vertigo Brewing last night!
Join us for an evening of bold flavors and good vibes at Vertigo Brewing in Hillsboro on June 6th from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. We’re bringing the heat with authentic Sri Lankan street food – KOTTU – Sri Lanka’s most beloved street food – a flavorful, sizzling stir-fry made with chopped flatbread (usually godamba roti), vegetables, aromatic spices, and your choice of meat, eggs, or plant-based protein. Cooked on a hot griddle with rhythmic clanking of metal blades, it’s not just a meal—it’s an experience. Bold, spicy, and satisfying, Kottu is the ultimate Sri Lankan comfort food.
