These flowers are just the right gorgeous types to br

The Hero Flower for this weekend’s wedding. Her name is Sierra Glow.

This is the biggest wedding we’ve ever done. At this point in the week, the nerves are giving way to determination in getting it all juuuuuust right. The vessels are prepped and ready, the recipes made, and most of the flowers harvested or picked up from Feathered Folly Farm in Hamilton. Thankfully, the bride is a dream and wants a lot of color and variety - that’s the only way we can get this done! 😉

After FIVE YEARS of no pesticides, look who showed up!!

Spiders may not be everyone’s favorite, but this yellow garden spider was a favorite of my brother’s and mine growing up on the farm in Pennsylvania.

We called her a Banana Spider (because yellow) and that zig zag web always impressed me.

She’s perfection. And I am so incredibly honored to have her in this garden.

More bugs! 🐛

Got our latest installment of beneficial insects today for the garden. These tiny guys our latest effort to get you chemical-free flowers without bug chomps. Takes a little extra effort, but oh-so-worth it.

You might see a tiny little black beetle with a white triangle on its butt, but thy usually leave after the flowers are cut, plus they’re no harm to anyone.
