Tried something new: Mac n Cheese ‘Parm’. Sauce was thinner than normal, used Tillamook sharp white cheddar 3-1 over Tillamook medium cheddar. Fried the chicken, put a schmear of the cheese sauce on top instead of marinara, added moz and parm, then melted in the oven. Was REALLY good!
