Updates on our build. I had some health issues that caused a setback on the build like a ruptured ear drum and seasonal allergies 🤧

We are that much closer to be ready for inspection from the health department. I cannot wait for this build to be completed and serve you some amazing coffee drinks

Building a coffee cart is no joke.

We had to tear down and rebuild after realizing our original wood was way too heavy for a mobile setup, but we’re so glad we caught it early.

Now we’re onto plumbing, the weather is finally cooperating, and things are moving right along. We’re still working through a couple of minor tweaks with the Health Department, but nothing we can’t handle. Hoping to be open before May.

Before we could assemble our build we had to add a waterproof sealant on all the wooden pieces. Since the weather is getting warmer, we plan to let this cure and then assemble the build later this week 🙂

So far we have had 24 donations since our launch on GoFundMe to help with our cart build. We have raised 2400 thus far! Thank you to everyone supporting us in this journey! More posts coming soon of our progress.

Updates on Rude Girl

First I want to say thank you for all who have donated. It means the world to me to help support Rude Girl Coffee. I wanted to share some updates on what we have done so far.

1. Cart materials have been purchased and ready to assemble. If weather permits, we could get this built this weekend. Still working on getting items like plumbing put together.

2. Permitting. Filled out our paperwork for the county and ready to file for plan review. That takes a few weeks to be looked over. Once it is approved, then we have an inspection and then we are approved to serve 💅

3. Equipment has been ordered, some of the equipment has been backed ordered, but not for long. We should see it come in soon.
