Important Information:
Set-up: Vendors may begin set up between 4pm-8pm on Friday 12/5 after the close of the Sassafras Kitchen. Tables, Displays and large items must be brought in on Friday due to busy brunch hours for the kitchen on Saturday morning. The Orpheum will open at 7:30am on Saturday, 12/6 for booth completion. Vendors must be set up by 10am on the event day.
Event Day Parking: Parking for vendors will be down the street (Orpheum overflow parking) in a marked area that will be patrolled by staff of the Hillsboro Orpheum/Hillboro Event Center. No vendor parking will be permitted in the front or back of the venue during the fair due to restaurant staff and business customers.
Tear-down: Vendors are not to begin taking down displays until after 4 pm as it is unfair and unsafe to shoppers and other vendors.
Insurance: We highly recommend having your own vendor general liability insurance. You can obtain this through most insurance companies as single event or yearly event coverage.
Electricity: Please note if you will need electric hookups as that will determine booth placement. Please plan accordingly and bring your own extension cords and power strips. Please note that only grounded, 3-prong extension cords will be permitted. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED ELECTRIC ACCESS IN YOUR CONTRACT AGREEMENT. If you do not specify, electric access will not be guaranteed.
Vendor Parking: Parking is available on the side streets as well as down the street in the Orpheum overflow parking (there will be signs). PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING. We must keep that space open for customers.
