The Process vs. The Product. This is what it actually takes to cover a community event with more than 20 frame tents — before the crowd ever shows up.

You see the crew moving structures into position, one tent at a time, on a site where the surface wouldn’t allow staking into the ground. Every tent had to be anchored with water barrels instead, which means more coordination and more physical work than a standard grass install. Add in tables and chairs across the entire footprint, and you’re looking at a full day of building before a single guest arrives.

Then the video cuts to the finished product — every tent standing, every table set, ready for the event to start like it had always been that way.
