I started BellaRu Catering in 2017, after overwhelming requests from my clients for my food and services (who can say no to that?) So I rented a 4100 sq ft commercial kitchen in Highland Park, IL, a northern suburb of Chicago and I was off! My approach was always to give our clients the best possible food options - multi-cultural cuisine made from authentic recipes at a great price. We can create

menus that are Passed, Plated, Family Style, Russian Family Style, Russian Table Service, Buffet or Butlered Buffet. Our robust menu ideas reflect a sampling of our authentic and fusion world cuisine from American to Asian, from Southern BBQ to Mexican to Indian and beyond. BellaRu Catering Is Evolving

For nearly a decade, BellaRu Catering has been honored to be part of life’s most meaningful moments — from weddings and mitzvahs to celebrations both big and small.

As we look ahead, BellaRu is entering a new chapter. While we will no longer be booking large-scale events, the heart of the work continues and grows through two new paths:

• ChefMayaLLC — private chef experiences, intimate events, and cooking classes
• Studio1480 — a shared kitchen and culinary creative house supporting chefs and food entrepreneurs

This evolution honors where BellaRu has been, while allowing the work to move forward with intention, focus, and purpose.
