Luxury event rentals include more than what you see on the front end — it requires design expertise (translating your vision into a cohesive look, understanding scale, spacing, flow and what works together), the true cost of sourcing and customizing quality pieces, delivery logistics (transportation, mileage, fuel, loading and unloading), professional setup and breakdown and the overall experience from start to finish. And these are just the bare minimum costs.
