It’s Friday 🥳🥳🥳 & we want to bless some local Families with Dinner on Purpose! 🍽️
Tonight we will be choosing not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR Families!

Did you know that The Station Bakery & Cafe does dinner on Friday evenings starting at 5pm? On their menu tonight is scratch made Loaded Chicken Divan with a side of Homemade Mashed Potatoes & a melt in your mouth nice & warm Dinner Rolls! This is one of Pastor Adam Joy’s favorites! So good!!!

If you could use a hot meal tonight for you & your Family, please comment & let us know! You’d need to pick up between about 5pm & 6:30pm. We will message you with confirmation if you’re selected! We are doing a total of 12 meals & no more than 3 meals per family. If you have a larger family & are selected, you’d get 3 meals free & would need to purchase any additional ones that you may want. Their dessert case will be full as well- while it lasts! Please comment on this original post on the church’s main page. If this is shared in groups we may not see comments. 😊

Just a reminder that we have not one, but TWO Public Notaries! ✍️ 📄 They’re usually working 8am to 5pm, between the two of them & are happy to help you with your notary needs. Join us Fridays at 🔺4:30PM🔺for our Bread & Dessert Distribution. We will not put an end time, but will say until it’s gone. If over 100 people show up like last week, it could all go in a very short time, but we try to stretch it out. This is our new permanent Friday time, to try to reach more working families. What you should know:

✅Doors will not open before 4:30PM.
✅🍌🥬🥦🥕🥒🥯🥐🍞🥨🥖🍪🍩🍰🧁🥧
There will be a variety of Breads, Desserts & we will have Produce tomorrow. As well as some of the items pictured. We now pick up from Walmart & after meeting pantry needs, we will be putting surplus items out like this on Fridays.
✅As requested,this will be monitored by Staff & Volunteers & items per person are limited, so everyone gets items for their families.
✅BYOB Bring Your Own Bags.
✅If you bring children, please keep them by your side & not running around the building messing with items & objects that they shouldn’t.
✅Thank you in advance for being respectful to volunteers & staff & doing what we asked. We are only able to continue this when families do what’s asked.
✅The amount of items per person depends on how much product we have & how many people show up.
✅We cannot schedule pantry appointments during Friday Giveaways. You must call & make an appt.

We are so thankful for donations of food items from those that bring it, but please do not do this. Someone is not always in the building, as the center is sometimes staffed by Preschool Staff, that bounce back and forth to help with appointments.

If you have a large amount of food to donate, please message us ahead or call us the day before. In this instance, we spoke to the donor through the cameras & told them that we’d be over in a few minutes. We also said that there was a donation bin right next to the door, but this was still sat on the ground in less than two minutes.

We do not give food to families that’s on the ground. When you do this, it takes all of 30 seconds for ants 🐜 & field mice 🐁 to get inside the bags & it goes straight to the trash.

✅Donations of non perishable food goes in the donation bin. Larger amounts of food, call us ahead or message.
✅Donations of cold items that are perishable, call us ahead or message us.
❎Do not place food on the ground. Please.

If there are any local farmers that may ever possibly donate any extra produce of any kind to our Deeper Purpose Community Food Ministries, please message or contact us. We have a tremendous amount of families that come to us on Fridays for free breads & desserts & many of them with children or are senior citizens love it when we have produce that we can put out. This includes farm fresh eggs. All to help supplement their family’s meals. Thanks for reading.
