May 9th was nothing short of AMAZING. It was truly a beautiful love story for Mr. Daniel & Mrs. Camilla. From the planning process to the final moments of the reception, love filled the room and the atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking.

I want to personally thank you both for choosing Shavons Fabulous Weddings & Events, your Celebrity Event Planner. Thank you for trusting me & my team with one of the most special moments in your lives. It was truly an honor to bring your vision to life. May God richly bless your union with unconditional love, peace, happiness, and many beautiful years together.

Good afternoon Facebook family & friends!!

On yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of doing my big cousin’s wedding — Stacey Dunn Johnson (aka Mrs. Johnson now) and her amazing husband Shondell Johnson. This moment for them was truly amazing and a long time coming. Everything about their day was filled with grace, love, and pure joy, just beautiful from start to finish.

As usual, my hubby Leander Herring Jr. aka DJ PrimeTime turned that party every which way but loose, and the guests had an entire BALL!!

Shouts out to my babygirl Shatoria Herring, you are ALWAYS a beast on my event team. You show up and show OUT every time!

Big thank you to my little sis Beverly, you already know you always come through for your girl, and I love you for that!

Good afternoon Facebook family!
This is a late post from last Saturday the 20th. We had the pleasure of doing an amazing 40th birthday celebration. Although I was super sick that day and missed most of the event and stayed in the back trying to push through, the show still went on.

My daughter Shatoria and my sister Beverly came through and made sure everything was a success. And yall already know DJ PrimeTime was on the 1’s and 2’s keeping the party going.

I want to give a huge thank you to Shatoria, Beverly, my hubby, and Stephanie for holding it down and making sure the client was happy. That is what teamwork looks like.

Now on to Sunday. It is my big cousin Malika and my brother Fresh wedding vow renewal, and I cannot wait to make their day everything and more.

Grateful, blessed, and ready for what is next.

Last night’s event was absolutely phenomenal! I had the honor and privilege of designing and executing Dr. Tonyan Grace Schoefield’s Gala at the beautiful Hyatt in Greensboro, NC and let me tell you, it was nothing short of breathtaking.

This powerful woman of God and her husband, The Bishop, know exactly how to host an unforgettable celebration. The love, excellence, and generosity they showed as they poured back into their amazing congregation truly touched my heart.

A time was definitely had tonight!! Wow!! Myrtle Beach owes us nothing!! This event was beyond epic, and I can’t even put into words how amazing it truly was!

The legendary Mrs. Dorinda Clark Cole stepped in, dressed in all white, and instantly captivated the entire room. The Rosebud event was a complete success, and I am so honored that she allowed me to showcase my vision and décor. And y’all— to MC for this icon, this Grammy award-winning legend, was absolutely out of this world! Dorinda is truly a babydoll and forever my favorite Clark Sister!

A special thank you to my little sis Patrice for always whispering my name in rooms I haven’t even stepped into yet— I love you, girly!

To my incredible team— Shatoria, Sheena, Beverly, Tab, and Kiya— thank you for always holding me down, front and back. You are the backbone that makes everything possible.

And last but never least, to the baddest DJ in the world— my husband, DJ PrimeTime aka Lee Herring— baby you exceeded all expectations and rocked the 1’s & 2’s like no other! You did your BIG one, and I’m beyond proud of you!

Today we had the honor of celebrating the wedding of Germaine & Joi Saxon at the gorgeous Lazy E Farm in Archdale. Every detail came together beautifully, and it was truly a day to remember. 💍✨

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Saxons on their union, and we are grateful to have been part of such a special occasion.
