Good morning!
Just want to let everyone know all is well after the lighting strike yesterday evening at Moretz Mills. The lightning strike caused minimal damage and thankfully the building did not catch on fire (just some smoldering/smoke). All businesses are up and running today! 
Thank you Hickory Fire Department for your quick response and keeping the damages minimal. Thank you SERVPRO of Catawba for being here last night and starting the cleanup so quickly. Really amazing to have both organization in our community!

Our venue, 74 South at Moretz Mills, is reopened and we couldn’t be more excited!

It has been an empty moment in time but the doors are open again and we look forward to next weekend hosting our first wedding since the beginning of March. Let’s call it a new beginning, a fresh start, a happy time we will not take for granted.
