Had the opportunity again to feed the Sloup Simmentals Sales today!! It was a beautiful day in Seward and we enjoyed serving everyone! Thanks again to the entire Sloup Family for inviting us to provide the meal!

When you’ve been so busy and brisket prices are absolutely ridiculous, but you find a really nice brisket for an amazing price, you grab it and prepare it for an event tomorrow! Man it sure feels good to be prepping a brisket again. Can’t wait to see how this turns out after a long night of “ low and slow” cooking!

Got the New smoker in and seasoned up. Was able to get all the meat on it last night for two events tomorrow! So far this Beast is cooking amazingly and running without any issues! Here’s a little video

We are just a few hours away from setting up Hickman American Legion Post #105 for dinner. Come on down pick up some bbq and support local as well as stop in a grab a refresher inside the legion! Here’s tonight’s menu! We look forward to seeing you for dinner.

We are setup at Holmes Lake Golf Course! Come out support the Humane Society and get some grub We’ve got Breakfast Burritos and lunch will be served as well.

Haven’t posted in a while, thought I’d jump on with an update. We are in the cooking phase for a large charity event tomorrow! We are grateful for the invitation to cook for the Captiol Humane society golf tournament at the Beautiful Holmes Lake Golf Course. We will be setup bright and early tomorrow for all the golfers and sponsors. We will also have cookie sandwiches on the truck !!

Our schedule for the month of May will post this coming week!

Ill post some pictures soon of what’s on the smoker today. Briskets have been smoking low and slow since last night. They are looking and smelling so good!

Gettin Smoked Bbq will be in Seward, Ne this Friday Rocket Brewery From 5:30-8:00. Come see us and grab some bbq for dinner. I know the weather isn’t going to be the greatest, but come out grab some food and take it inside to enjoy and have some beers as well!

A little Palm Sunday Ham for a customer! It looks amazing and it smells even better. This time next week the smokers will be packed with Easter Hams!

Alright Hickman, if you didn’t get a chance to stop down and get lunch yesterday, you have one more chance today! We will be setup inside the Hickman Community Center from 11-3p We will have the same menu as yesterday. Brisket,Ribs, Pulled Pork and sides. Beans , coleslaw and the Favorite Mac and Cheese! Come down do some shopping at the “ Makers Market” and grab some grub!!
