Event must take place April 3rd - June 30th, 2023 and must be located in Miami. Balloon Garland styled to artists liking, winner can choose up to 3 colors. Winner can choose 1 dozen: cookies, cupcakes, cakesicles or Rice Krispies to be picked up in Homestead, FL. All safety and liability waivers will need to be signed by winner prior to setup. Winner is encouraged to book their day/time soon after winning so that there is a smaller chance of date conflict. 4 free hours will be subject to availability. If needed, generator is not included.
