Event tonight. Shrimp cocktail, and salmon tea cakes. Main course was pot roast, duchess potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was lemon cake with lemon mousse, and brownie with chocolate mousse.

1100 breakfast burritos for Victor Valley school district delivered at 7am Friday. 550 bacon, 400 beef, and 150 no meat. All contained egg, cheese, and country potato. Salsas made from scratch. 600 sour cream cups. My crew worked tirelessly through the night to get this job done. I would be nothing without my staff! They are the best.
