Once you’ve reviewed your pricing, decided that Old Stone House Florals is the right fit for your wedding, and you’re ready to move forward, the next step is signing your contract and paying your deposit.

✨ Signed contract + deposit = your wedding date is officially booked!

But here’s something I want you to know…

I understand that wedding plans evolve. 🤍

As your big day gets closer, guest counts can change, budgets can shift, and you may decide you need a few more bouquets, fewer centerpieces, or want to make adjustments as all the little details come together.

That’s why I allow you to make adjustments to your floral selections up to 60 days before your event date, based on availability.

My goal is to give you the confidence to book early and secure your date without feeling like every single detail has to be perfectly set in stone right away.

Found your date and love what you see? Let’s give you a little breathing room. 🤍

At Old Stone House Florals, wedding dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. I know choosing your wedding vendors is a big decision, and I don’t want you to feel rushed into making one.

Once we’ve had our consultation, I’ll provide you with a pricing guide based on the floral pieces we’ve discussed. You’ll then have 10 days to review the pricing, think everything over, and decide if Old Stone House Florals is the right fit for your day.

During those 10 days, I’ll place a soft hold on your requested wedding date, giving you time to make your decision without feeling pressured.

✨ 10 days to review.
✨ 10 days to ask questions.
✨ 10 days to make sure it feels right.

Once the 10-day hold expires, the date becomes available to other couples who may be interested in booking it.

And when you’re ready to make it official? That’s when we move on to your contract + deposit! 💐
