Penny brings over 40 years of hospitality experience to BRP, and in just one year, she’s become a vital part of our team. From her start at a Days Inn gift shop to leadership roles at Whitaker Center, Visit Hershey Harrisburg, and more—Penny’s career has been defined by connection, service, and heart.

Now part-time at BRP, she supports office operations and sales outreach with the same energy and excellence that have shaped her legacy. Penny also serves on the MPIMP Board and is a proud Virginia Tech alum.
