No matter where you are in the world, the sun sets and though the hues may vary the colors are the same.🌅This union was a fusion of cultures: Indian, Mexican, and USAmerican…and the bride beautifully merged them all together. It was bold, unapologetic, and so filled with love. Thanks .designs for letting me be part of it. Also, tacos and curry are my two favorite things so who was I to complain?😁 I am curious though, which do you prefer?

Purple is a color associated with royalty, enlightenment, and higher power. It was my beautiful aunts favorite color as well as my dear friend’s father’s. More than these esteemed definitions I think purple represents harmony between two vibrant primary colors red and blue. It can bring a sense of calm and hope to a person, just like Brian did for so many. Thank you for trusting me with the flowers to commemorate such an amazing man💜💜💜

I love funerals. Maybe it’s cause I grew up next to a cemetery, maybe it’s cause I’ve had an inordinate amount of people in my life pass away….mostly I think it’s because I took it to heart at age 11 when I read St. John 14: 28 - “Ye have heard how I said unto you I go away…if ye loved me ye would REJOICE because I go unto the Father.” Now OF COURSE there are holes in my heart and I miss my people terribly, but funerals, because of this belief, truly feel like celebrations. Like graduations meant to be celebrated. Thank you Mindy for allowing me to create a design for your beautiful mom. Crystal truly lived a life worth celebrating and my prayer is that we all commit to living and loving a little more deeply.💕

Once upon a December these two had a magical wedding….although if you just look at the pictures or the weather these past few days it really doesn’t seem like we had a December. Luckily the flowers brought the snow❄️ Those were hand painted to achieve a softer look than retail ones. Did it work??.
