With fireworks last night and those epic storms, I thought this would be a good time to post these throwback pics from last Saturdays 80’s themed birthday bash!
Seriously, look at that shot with the lightning! HOW FREAKING COOL!!!!
This was such an awesome birthday party! And for a couple I had the pleasure of performing at their wedding some years ago.
There are so many clients that I end up getting to be friends with while planning their weddings and then life gets busy and we never get a chance to get together again. So, I’m always stoked when I get an excuse to see people again!

In this case, it was so much fun, I think I smell a yearly tradition forming!

Fridays wedding was nothing short of perfection! I had SUCH a BLAST planning with this couple and to see it all come together was incredible! Elegant, warm, comfortable, beautiful, with hints of personal touches and fun engagement sprinkled in, all things that made their wedding perfect!
And their guests didn’t disappoint on the dance floor either! Small groups can be harder to play for. But, this crew started dancing and didn’t stop for almost 4 hours straight!

Literally two of the hardest working people I’ve met in a while. So, to see their dream come together and to get to play a role in helping make their day incredible, was an absolute privilege!
Congratulations to the Poolmans!

It was a great night at our first ever karaoke & cravings at Pizza Ranch! It was fun, adorable, epic and an all around great time! About 30 singers got up and sang anything from Disney and country to the Beatles, Elvis and my personal favorite, a great rendition of Unwritten!

Even some of the staff got in on the action!

Can’t wait to do it again next Monday! 4-8pm! Grab some food and stay for the fun! Tell your friends!

Had a great time the other day helping Marty celebrate his 50th birthday!
It was a packed house and everyone had so much fun, I stayed late to keep the celebration going!
It was a 90’s country crowd which is my absolute favorite era of country. So, it was even a blast in between singers! Nothing like a bar full of people singing along to fun music!

With weddings and events being down this year in the twin ports, we’ve heard from countless people that budget and inflation are the biggest contributors.
To keep cost down, couples are opting to simply rent a speaker and plug in their favorite music app. While putting a majority of their budget on things that won’t have nearly the same impact.
Unfortunately, couples planning their wedding have usually never planned a big event before and don’t really know what a DJ does!
We’ve done posts on what a DJ does. But I wanted to take a minute and give you a Top 5 of why you shouldn’t just rent a speaker and have a “Spotify” wedding.
