YOUR PICKS! THE TOP 20 'HIDDEN GEM' RESTAURANTS IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY AREA
Several days ago I asked you to name your picks for the best 'hidden gem' restaurants in the Saucon Valley and beyond.
Many of you answered the call (thanks!), and your picks run the ambience gamut from upscale to down-home. Your favorites are located across a wide swath of east central Pennsylvania and western New Jersey, from Pennsburg to Frenchtown to Easton and beyond. Many different types of cuisine are also represented by your choices, including Mexican, Irish, Italian and vegetarian, just to name a few.
Here they are, in no particular order, with links to their websites so you can review their menus and learn more about each establishment. Many also have pages (in cases in which the restaurant doesn't have an operational website, a link to its page was substituted). And most have been reviewed on popular websites like Yelp, UrbanSpoon and OpenTable.
