The HS baseball game has been moved to Chandler at 5:30 and tomorrow the game that was scheduled at Chandler is moved to home at 5.

Lots going on in Knight Nation today! Tayler Hamric and Jason Powders will begin their bid for a wrestling state championship today starting at 6pm in the big house! We wish those guys good luck and go support them if you can at the Jim Norick in OKC!

Your Knights and Lady Knights basketball teams begin regional play today at Tahlequah Sequoyah. Girls play at 1pm and boys at 7:30. There is a live stream on Tahlequah Sequoyah’s Hudl account, but we would love to see the stands packed with black and gold!

Great job, MS cheer team!

1ST PLACE FINISH for our Middle Cheer squad at the Freedom Nationals! Even after a very unfortunate injury right before they took to the floor for Day 2 today, these amazing girls reworked their routine AND improved their score from yesterday. Both scores reflected a solid, well-executed routine. Well done, Coach Gillispie & MS Cheer!

Thank you to Mr. Dan Edwards for all that you did for HPS during your 14 year tenure as Superintendent! Dan was instrumental in the building of the Henryetta Knight Center and visioned it as the premier gym in Okmulgee County. It is only fitting to now honor him with the new name” Dan Edwards Henryetta Knight Center! Congratulations to Mr. Dan Edward’s!

Please join us for senior night starting at 6pm to honor the class of 2025 wrestlers, powerlifters, cheerleaders and basketball players! The girls game will start at 6:30pm.

We will also be have a special ceremony at half time of the boys game to officially rename the Knight Center to honor Mr. Dan Edwards, who was instrumental in not only the building of the Knight Center, but many other buildings still in use on our campus today. We’ll see you there. Go Knights!
