Looking for a culinary assistant for a private chef event in Pigeon Forge, TN from July 26th – August 1st, 2026.

Event Details:

* 17 Adults / 18 Kids
* Breakfasts and dinners throughout the week
* Family-style service
* Light prep, service assistance, and cleanup
* Private vacation rental setting

Compensation:

* $25/hour
* Accommodations not provided
* Preference given to candidates local to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area

This recent elopement dinner featured a handcrafted charcuterie display, burrata bruschetta with roasted tomato confit, confit tomato tartlets, and a beautifully plated surf-and-turf featuring filet mignon and crab-stuffed lobster tail.

One of my favorite parts of being a private chef is helping couples celebrate life’s biggest moments around the table. From menu design and sourcing to ex*****on and cleanup, every detail is handled so you can focus on what matters most—each other.

This is not a standard kitchen role—this is for individuals who move with precision, adapt quickly, and take pride in refined ex*****on.

The Role
• Support multi-course, chef-driven menus
• Execute clean, composed plating during service
• Maintain disciplined mise en place & organization
• Assist with event setup, flow, and breakdown

What We’re Looking For
• Prior kitchen experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong sense of urgency + attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and travel

Only half way through the month and we’ve already completed 6 bookings with 4 more to go!

The weekend ended on a great note after a 3-course dinner party for 15 in Asheville, NC followed by a 5-course bachelorette celebration for a party of 9.

Now it’s back at HQ for a family day before jumping into meal prep and getting ready for next weekend’s events. Stay tuned — lots more to come from Morrelli’s Chef Services.

Things are really ramping up here at Morrelli’s Chef Services as we enter our busiest season of the year. From bachelorette weekends and intimate weddings to birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations, the calendar is filling quickly. We’re already booking multiple elopement experiences through October.

Over the last few weeks, MCS has been making moves across the map — creating memorable dining experiences throughout Virginia and into Washington, DC. Every event brings a new table, new guests, and another opportunity to turn meaningful moments into unforgettable meals.

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support, referrals, and trust from our clients as this season continues to grow.

Another fabulous and stunning bachelorette celebration in the books! This past weekend’s private event featured some of the very best from our “An Italian Affair” Menu; including fresh hand made tagliolini. Menu Features included:

Carpaccio di Pomodoro: hierloom tomato, buffalo milk burrata, port cherry fig, balsamic

Arugula & Citrus; sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, fennel, citrus champagne vinaigrette

Limone & Basil; seared Maine diver scallops, basil lemon pesto over fresh pasta
