From packing comedy venues across the globe to regular television appearances on shows like "The Tonight Show" and "Last Comic Standing", veteran comedian Claude Stuart has come a long way from his down-home, southern roots. Claude's explosive, in-your-face, rapid-fire, madman stage style is truly an exhilarating assault on the senses; and it has evoked comparisons to golden era physical comedians such as Steve Martin, Robin Williams and Jim Carrey. Mat Plant is an Alaskan comic and owner of Power Plant Comedy.
His quick wit and family stories are both funny and relatable.
Mat has headlined shows not only in Alaska, but also on the east coast and Maui. Mat was a 2024 finalist in the US Comedy Contest in Hollywood California. He has also performed in many of the well-known clubs in Las Vegas including the LA Comedy Club, Wise Guys and Delirious Comedy Club.
In Alaska Mat has performed with comedians such as Jim Breuer, Tom Arnold, Greg Morton, Kevin Farley and Chris Kattan.
Mat is also the host of a new monthly show Comedy at Chinitas live in Henderson Nevada.
Mat is a family man, who enjoys a quiet life with his beautiful wife, two teenage boys and four cats
