These Italian Champagne cookies are not on my menu, but was requested. I personally have never tried them, so attempting these were fun!! What makes them different is Anise extract, which smells and tastes like liquorish. I have a little more tweaking to do for the Massachusetts girlie who desires them, but I will soon perfect the taste..so she won’t have to travel hours to get her fix 😝
