I told my good friend Ron I wanted a new old barn to use as my new office and that's exactly what I got :-) ! Even though I've always had really great office staff the amount of stress relief knowing I don't have to share my personal space (my house) any longer is soooo nice. 11 years ago I was offered to purchase 18 used inflatables and a used box truck which were offered to seven other people before me. Today I have about 80 inflatables, two photo booths and five dunk tanks. Prior to now my goal has been to make as much money as possible using the strategy if I have equipment available and somebody wants it, it's going to them no matter what it takes but going forward thats changing!!! Honestly you can't make enough money renting out inflatables to pay career salary employees so my usual staff are young people hanging around from one to three seasons and it's hard to find trustworthy young people to make sure equipment is clean, set up correctly not to mention passing a drug test to drive commercial vehicles so I'm cutting back just enough so I can operate with two Crews on the road instead of four which also is a huge stress relief!!! This probably won't affect you as long as you reserve equipment plenty of time in advance.
