At Pedrotti’s, it’s our people who make the magic happen. Get to know one of the friendly faces behind the fun! This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Maria Saenz, who has been part of the Pedrotti’s Ranch family for an incredible 24 years!

As Banquet Manager, Maria plays a key role in making sure every event runs seamlessly and every guest feels welcome. She loves connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences that make each event special.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and dining at her favorite spot, Texas Roadhouse. Her dream is to one day own a business that helps members of the Hispanic community with their taxes and maybe even find her cowboy husband along the way! We’re so grateful for Maria’s kindness, dedication, and heart for hospitality. She truly represents the spirit of Pedrotti’s Ranch🌟
