Come with a partner! You’ll Love these assisted restorative stretches designed to bring balance, laughter, and connection. Ideal for couples, friends, family, or anyone who wants to move and mend in good company.

Upick will be from 6-7, yoga at 7. Please bring your own vase. $50 covers 1 upick (20 stems) and 2 yoga spots! An additional upick (20 stems) would be $20 extra. Price only for this date, and must have tickets for yoga to participate in the upick.

We have some fun events planned for August here at West Side Blooms. Yoga every Tuesday evenings (7:00) and Thursday mornings (9:00) beginning August 5. Vendor market and UPick August 20, 2025. Specialty bouquets available always. DM to order. Come to the flower farm and feel the absolute beauty of nature.
