It’s September + that means a new pizza Charlie Palmer’s AperiBar! 🍅

Tim of Eckerton Hill Farm stopped by with a bounty of heirloom tomatoes, including some varieties I’d never even heard of! Chef Charlie Palmer used to order tomatoes from Tim back in the Aureole days, so it was especially fun to reconnect and bring some of the best tomatoes in town to this month’s pizza.

Exciting to see the food scene on the Cape continue to evolve. We had a wonderful dinner The Pheasant | Cape Cod and had the pleasure of meeting husband-and-wife owners, Adam + Erica. Unfortunately, no food pics were taken (too busy eating!!), but the highlights included stuffed squash blossoms with jonah crab + corn, a fantastic roast chicken with morels, and cavatelli with lemon, sungolds, and perfectly toasted breadcrumbs. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Elizabeth Blau for the delicious rec!
