Excitement is an understatement...after incubating this wood fired culinary adventure to Italy for several years I am pumped to get it off the ground (literally ✈️). 🫒🇮🇹🤯🤌 What a fun & insightful visit I had with brand manager,
Verdania and her partner (who most will claim is a National Authority
on Olives and Olive oil), Paolo Mori, of Frantoio Massaccio olive oil Co.

Inside of an over 1,000 year old olive oil production facility
which is in the back of a 1,300 year church,
We tasted through their many styles of their
incredibly thoughtful - small production Tuscan olive oils,
& it was only a Wednesday!

I prepared a good many menu items for my dinner guests here
at our Tuscan home for the week (Fattoria degli Usignoli), but after visiting our
local butcher (Ferrati Macelleria), the wood-fired rabbit I prepared
as a first course may have been my favorite!
