As I start my last few days in the Myrtle Beach area, I’m taking some time to reflect on my business and how many people it took to make it successful.

It takes a village to run a business. My village starts with purveyors. Farmers, fisherman, gardeners, and local business owners. Here is the start of my village. Please continue to support them. Saying thank you is not enough. Showing our support is how they make a living.

To my loyal clients,

This decision wasn’t made lightly, but I have decided to put a pause on Passeribilities. It has been a wonderful ride, but my dream came true: I will be a high school culinary teacher. I will honor all jobs up until July 23rd, and am willing to take other jobs on as well throughout the month.

Keep your eyes peeled for a farewell flash sale. I plan on selling frozen premade foods such as pierogies, soups, sauces, bread pudding, pasta, and more.
