Pork Belly is so versatile but Sweet & Spicy is one of favorites to make and eat. Sticky, sweet and full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Yollie Rivera outdid herself when she made these recently. Perfect over white rice with a side of Cucumbers to cool the tongue.

Time to jump back to the kitchen. killing it with this Pastrami Bake. Scalloped potatoes, fresh sliced Pastrami, assorted cheeses and Sauerkraut all baked to extreme deliciousness. Who's hungry?

Hey everyone. Tomorrow, Friday the 25th, we will be making Buffalo Chicken Chili Empanadas. Seasoned beef, shredded Chicken, minced peppers, onions and simmered in a homemade Buffalo BBQ sauce.

Next up, our take on Chicken Cordon Bleu. 2 layers of chicken with Ham, Swiss, Provolone and Parmesan cheese and topped with a little garlic butter. Mustard dipping sauce optional.
