It was either last year or the year before. I loved the food and the flavors he puts together. This time he was in Hayward but he is also located in Stockton. Check his page for all updates! He has bussdown everything! Lamb chops, wings, garlic noodles, crab, shrimp, you name it! LAMB CHOP PLATE - The mac n cheese was pretty good! It had some cheese on top that was melted down and the mac was thick and creamy. The broccoli was broccoli, you can’t go wrong with that. Now these lamb chops! Sheesh! Cooked to perfection with no funky after taste. That white sauce takes it to the next level! GARLIC NOODLES - Not the best, but also not the worst. He kept it simple but it pairs well with everything! CHICKEN WINGS - Both flavors were bussin! Finger licking good! I just need these fresh out the fryer and we’re gonna make that happen soon! I can tell these were crispy crispy and juicy for sure. They were good but it was in the container and I drove about 15 mins after. I know for fact these are bussin bussin!
