Over the past few months, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to cater several events at the Mathy House, home of the President of George Mason University — and it’s truly been an honor.

We had the pleasure of catering a cozy fall work party for a neighbor last weekend! 🍂✨
The evening featured a warm, seasonal menu including crab cakes, Spanish meatballs, and crostini with brie, prosciutto & figs to start. Dinner followed with roasted beet salad, braised short ribs with potato purée, and a delicious apple tart tatin with vanilla bean ice cream.
A beautiful table, a wonderful group, and amazing energy all around. Big thanks to Maggie Harvey for bringing us in!
