🎄 We have added quite a few followers so we wanted to take a minute to explain how the sponsorships and show work. First, Welcome to the WNC Festival of Trees family! We’re so glad you found us.
Our festival brings Christmas joy to The Beal Center in Hayesville, NC, while raising funds for student scholarships. Join us November 13–15, 2026, to explore beautifully decorated trees, take pictures with Santa, and enter to win your favorite tree!
✨ How does tree sponsorship work?
Our amazing sponsors help create the Christmas displays you’ll see at the festival:
🎁 Choose your level: Santa, Rudolph, or Elf. Elf sponsorships are for individuals.
🎨 Choose DIY and provide the decorations and decorate your tree, or choose All-in-One and let our team handle the decorating. The tree is provided with either option!
🎄 Your name or business is recognized on your tree, which becomes part of the festival raffle for a lucky winner to take home. If we receive 3 Rudolph level or higher sponsorships from the same town outside of Hayesville, we will donate 1-$500 scholarship to the school within the town.
🎅All donations are tax deductible
❤️ Want a smaller way to give? A $25 Community Tree Ornament Sponsorship helps support a shared tree decorated by our team, with your name included on its sponsor tag.
📅 Sponsorship deadline: October 16
The show opens November 13th!
🎟️ Admission: $5, including two raffle tickets. Children under 12 are free. Additional raffle tickets are available at the show.
🎅 Santa photos are included with your festival visit!
