For a Thanksgiving-style dinner for ten, the entrée is smoked stuffed turkey breast with sausage, apple, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, sage, and rosemary. The side dishes are chunky whipped potatoes with sour cream and Parmesan, oven-roasted yams with cinnamon and red onion medallions, sautéed Brussels sprouts with onion and a candied bacon topping, oven-roasted acorn squash with brown sugar butter, and gravy made from turkey stock. The meal is completed with a cranberry and orange relish.

Malva pudding served with Rooibos tea syrup and vanilla and honeycomb bourbon ice cream. A little taste of South Africa. Malva pudding is a baked dessert: light apricot flavored sponge infused with a creamy vanilla warm syrup.
